Awakenings

I've been on an extended hiatus with my blog posts.

It felt like the right thing to do at the time.

But I'm finding it to be damaging to my emotional health?

I think?

In the absence of the outpouring of the heart upon paper,

my soul feels a bit dormant.

I need to loosen it.  

Let it breathe again.
