My friend that goes to the gym with me most mornings
reminded me last night
when we were singing together in our group
(we practice on Tuesdays)
that she doesn't drink coffee.
And then it dawned on me.
NO CAFFEINE PRE-GYM???
Unthinkable.
I began cultivating a whole new level of respect
for this woman who can drag her ass out of bed at this hour
WITHOUT COFFEE
and still get to the gym as faithfully as she does.
Now THAT is determination.
Because...well, uh, some of us just need a little extra shove.
